Broken Hearts for the DWP screening
04/12/2021Dolly and Caroline are 4th round artists who together produced a programme of work around the mistreatment of disabled benefit claimants by the DWP, resulting in much anguish to disabled people and in some tragic cases death. Their aim was to find the DWP unfit for purpose, and therefore to sanction it. This film documents their journey and some of the heartfelt stories of those who suffered at the hands of a system that by nature discriminates against them.
The screening on Saturday 04 December 11am will be followed by a live Q&A with Dolly and Caroline, hosted by Michael Barnes Wynters. Join us and share your thoughts and input to the film and ask questions of Dolly and Caroline.
